Comfortably Numb
Hello,
Is anybody in there?
Just nod if you can hear me
Is there anyone at home?
I can't sleep
I feel breathless
I feel suffocated
And the worst thing is
I can't find my bloody self
Perhaps the wound too deep
Perhaps the scab too raw
Perhaps the scars too many
That I can't
I couldn't
I wouldn't
Lift myself up anymore
And I gave up
And I am lost
And I am fading away
And now
I couldn't find my soul
I can't explain
You won't understand
That
Now
I am Comfortably Numb
I think
I have lost myself
Totally
And I feel
I am Comfortably Numb
Is anybody in there?
Just nod if you can hear me
Is there anyone at home?
I can't sleep
I feel breathless
I feel suffocated
And the worst thing is
I can't find my bloody self
Perhaps the wound too deep
Perhaps the scab too raw
Perhaps the scars too many
That I can't
I couldn't
I wouldn't
Lift myself up anymore
And I gave up
And I am lost
And I am fading away
And now
I couldn't find my soul
I can't explain
You won't understand
That
Now
I am Comfortably Numb
I think
I have lost myself
Totally
And I feel
I am Comfortably Numb

Wound, Scab, Scar
Couple of days ago, I accidentally felt down and have bruises on legs, and of course wounded, not bad enough to see a doctor but still, bled.
The wound started to heal and formed some scabs. Before healing, it's itch, like hell. So, I picked on them, a few. Those scabs that I picked on are still raw and painful (somehow I enjoy the pain though, I think I am a sicko) and those that I left alone, are healing quite well and left few un-noticable scars.
Bothering the sore will delay it's healing. Picking on the scabs is likely to cause more scars from the wound.
In life, same rules apply. If you decided to put a stop on your affair/flirtation/relationship, walk away, don't look back, leave the other party alone. As time goes by, it will heal eventually. If love is no longer exist, why still give a false hope?
So, leave it alone.
But, how many people can do that?
